What is Our Maintenance Plan?

The Comfort Plan is a bi-annual energy saving maintenance inspection of one of your home’s most valuable assets. One of our experts will visit your home or business twice a year and perform our signature 25 point service check on your equipment to ensure proper system cleanliness and operation.

Summer Service Check Includes:

  • Install gauges and check operating pressure
  • Clean condenser coil (as necessary)
  • Inspect and tighten all electrical connections
  • Lubricate bearings and motors where applicable
  • Clear condensate drain
  • Cycle & check thermostat for accuracy
  • Adjust fan belt when applicable
  • Check voltage & amperage to condensing unit
  • Perform indoor air quality inspection
  • Adjust refrigerant charge to proper subcooling or superheat per factory specs*

Winter Service Check Includes:

  • Inspect heat exchanger for cracks & soot
  • Adjust flame output for optimum efficiency
  • Check flue pipe & ensure adequate draft
  • Clean burners (as necessary)
  • Check fuel supply line for leaks and operating pressure
  • Check & clean igniter assembly
  • Check fan control and safety switch operation
  • Lubricate blower assembly (as necessary)
  • Cycle & check thermostat for accuracy
  • Perform indoor air quality inspection
